The complex was built in 2007, belongs to the Holiday Inn hotel chain, and is located near the historical center of Žilina. The railway and bus stations are within walking distance from the hotel, and there is also a winter and football stadium in its immediate vicinity. Catering is provided by the hotel’s Cosmopolitan restaurant, which offers specialties from both domestic and international cuisine. On the top floor of the hotel, guests can enjoy the wellness center with the characteristic name “Spanorama”.
