The resort is located in the middle of beautiful nature on the German side of the Ore Mountains in the town of Eibenstock. The town, which also has the nickname “mountain and embroidery town”, is bordered by the Auersberg mountain (1018 m above sea level) and the Eibenstock reservoir of the same name, which is also known as the “Ore Mountain Sea”.
