The facility is located on the southern side of the High Tatras, about 200 meters from the lake Štrbské Pleso in the resort of the same name. The train station is within walking distance of the hotel, and the location itself offers many opportunities for skiing and hiking. Guests can stay in comfortable rooms or apartments with views of the Tatra nature. The hotel operates a restaurant (Slovak and international cuisine), a café with a pastry shop, and a quality beer pub. The wellness center is fully equipped, its basis is a saltwater pool and various types of saunas.
