The complex, located on the quiet edge of the spa zone of Karlovy Vary (German: Carlsbad), was created by combining 3 historical buildings (Hotel Švýcarský dvůr, Hotel Sanssouci and Villa Mercedes). All three buildings are connected by an underground connecting corridor. The facility has a modern pool and wellness complex, the total area of which is approximately 8,000 m².
