The resort is located at the foot of the Low Tatras in the village of Demänová, 3 km south of the town of Liptovský Mikuláš. The Demänovská Ice Cave is located less than 5 km from the resort. The facility provides an ideal base for a number of activities – aquapark, wellness, summer FUN park or the Demänová adventure SKI center. The Tatralandia thermal aquapark is 10 km away, as is the local Liptovská Mara reservoir.
