The hotel building is situated in the middle of a well-kept park and is directly connected to the adjacent wellness and beauty center Thermalium. It is followed by the swimming pool complex Terme 3000 Moravske Toplice, to which guests also have unlimited access. The hotel also operates its own swimming pools, the basis of which is the local healing thermomineral water. There are either pools with filtered water or baths with unfiltered water (black baths). The hotel also offers renovated rooms with air conditioning, a restaurant (serving dishes from the Prekmurje region), a café, a hairdresser and a bicycle repair shop. A variety of activities are possible in the surrounding area (golf, tennis, volleyball) and the local picturesque cycling routes allow you to get to know the Prekmurje region better.
