The resort is located in the Hrubý Jeseník area in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. In its vicinity is the pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant of the same name, which is one of the greatest wonders of the Czech Republic. The hotel is a complex of two buildings: building I (lower) and building II (upper), which are connected by a tunnel.
