The complex consists of two hotel buildings (Hotel Rusava I and Hotel Rusava II) and stylish air-conditioned cottages with a sleeping floor (suitable for family stays). The entire area is surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Hostýn-Vsetín Mountains (Czech: Hostýnské vrchy) and falls under the Wallachian municipality of Rusava. The town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem is about 10 km away and the nearest connection to the D55 motorway is about 20 km away. In the immediate vicinity of the resort there is a summer swimming pool with a water slide, which is usually open from June to September, as well as a smaller ski slope.
