Hotel Kotva is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, just 250 meters from the beach. The hotel consists of two buildings, connected by a common reception with a spacious entrance hall. Each wing has four floors and an elevator. The nearest town (Nessebar) is about 800 meters away, and only about 1.5 km away is the ancient town of Nessebar with stylish buildings and cultural and historical monuments. There is a regular public transport line and a mini-train in both directions. Guests have three outdoor pools at their disposal, one of which is designed as a swimming pool.
